what does rebirth do and for exactly?

basically ur hero will lose 20 levels and the hero will get 10 base growth levels(meaning than when he is back at 45 he will be as strong as it was on 55 before rebirth) . this is mainly made to make heroes stronger since they get xp faster than ur main char but they can`t pass`it in terms of lvls so xp would be wasted -
