Angel level

Hi guys, I have a question to ask. Is there any way to level up your angel even if she will have higher level than yourself? Bcz I saw some players lvl 58 or lvl 59 having boadicea lvl 60, I'm lvl 59 and I can not level her up to lvl 60 like them. So are there any ways or tricks to level angel up? Thanks for answers
