Can´t log in, again nothing works!

For over thre hours I cant log in game. Dont know what is problem, but probably is some new ubdate responsible.

same on S184 i have to refresh around 90 times to get to the loading page and then a further 18 times to actually log in then i am able to play for 10 mins and i have to repeat again
