im lance of s23. why i cant collect my reward in tournament? im in rank 33. and why the tournament still on, Finals are from 07.14 10:00 to 07.15 22:00 see attach photo

With your Screenshot you shoud have opened the little glittering chest on the left side of the screen and show where the problem about collection your reward is.
If you haven't clic that chest I invite you to do it and when open you will see the rewards window with a button that will help you get your reward.

And if you are not able to click on the chest icon, just move over it till it allows you to click on it.| | |
