The synthing of lvl 9 Gem

when i was synthing a lvl 9 HP Gem while using synth scrolls i went to socket the gem and it was gone from my inventory and now i feel like i been robbed of my Gem and Synth scrolls i used i would like to have my gem back i spent all that gold as well on exchanging and than synthing.

i got the same issue not 9 though but level 4 still worthy for me and it happened to me so so so so so many many many times
