Clear your cache and cookies, if that doesn't works switch to another browser and check.

tried clearing caches, disk clean-up, chrome, internet explorer, firefox.. same issues. Either cannot enter the server or if luckily got in, cant do anything due to massive delays that then leads to hang-up.
its not our laptops or pc, and not the connection since i can stream up movies very much fine.
