As of now, we are unable to collect our winnings for today and overall for the Beach treasure event. Please assist.

Cross Server and Beach Treasure

Hello all,i'm StormHaw at s63. After merge,our servers s63 and 65 has some bug.

First: Beach Treasure. All players has problem whit point in Beach Treasure,all has gone for ever..

And [GM] VetZagan tell us to post at forum . But another question,if all has gone,nothing. How can we prove that we have those points?

Second: Cross server not work...

good question but gm shoud have all logs in last days,so geting back point shoudnt be problem
all problem is when they solve that,since reward are unlimited to buy stuff each day make lose stuff
