Angel Evolve

What happen to angel evolve function.. previously.. we're doing 8 star evolution at 8000-9000 pts... now my nyssa is already at 11377 evo pts and still has not evolve... this seems way out of the range..

My angel evovle to 8 stars at 14k point. And my dude evovled at 18k , so you should be patient more.
