Game Bug Dragon Soul!

Hello,

I want to report a bug on S4 Lunaria Grace....

Lvl 2 Dragon Soul skill(both "Radical" and "Protect") dont work on main char... If i put souls in King o Bone the skill work... but on main Char dont work...
I need that lvl 2 skill on main not on hero... pls repair that bug !
