fused gems not working

when i fused a lvl 6 gem is says required lvl is 10 but when i try to put it in a socket it says character lvl too low and of course i am lvl 54 and i thought what the heck the Server is 195 Fox's Inn and my player is Princess Nia

You need to upgrade your socket with the magic socketing rod only after that you can socket the fused gem

did you first upgrade the socket using magic rods?

It says character lvl too low, but that's wrong message...
You need magic socketing rods to upgrade your normal socket then you can use your fused gems.
