Lost account

Hi there,

When you guys merged the servers. I lost one of my accounts. I was playing with two accounts. My account that is under Reikiwarrior got rest to lvl. 1. I was at lvl.47. Why did this happen and can you get it back for me?

From my understanding you have accounts in both servers before they merge. After they merged, you lost one of the characters? If that is the case you need to file a ticket by clicking on my signature or go to support.r2games.com
