server problem

I can't get into my server it is Carina and my character is Blackcat a level 45 sorcerer with 8 hero's and a ton of other stuff. I really need help on this so could you really as an actual person instead of a bot. I have been trying to figure this out for the past 3 hours and nothing. Everything I go to get into carina it has me log in again and sends me back to the main site.
