My vip ran out yesterday and when i try to renew it, it says i am still a vip but i am not in the game and it won't let me renew it. I dont like the cool down time thats why i buy the vip, so why can i not renew it?

1 - Go to r2games.com main page, 'My R2', then click on vip status screenshot what shows up
2 - Screenshot your ingame vip status
3 - State your server and IGN
