I can not join cross server!

Hello everyone, I'm playing 1 character in s76 lvl 52 and I can not join cross server already from the beginning playing this server, I always queue at 13:30 - 16:30 but it always counts down to 0 and no inivitation to join cross server. I queue again and again and it's the same. Can MOD answer me why? My character name is Dark Evangel, s76, lvl 52.

Could be there are not enough players for your level bracket during that time anyways will get this checked.
