Group Match Server Qualifying Reward Problem . . . .

GM . . . I did not collect any group match server qualifying reward. there is nothing on my mailbox. On the Server reward chest says it is already collected.

I dont think i was the only one who didnt get this chest o.o would it be because im in one of the qualifying teams which means i cant get the server reward? i got the participation reward though.
P.S: i dont know if this is the screenshot you wanted xD sorry, and i deleted my mail cause i thought there was no problems or anything

Type: "group round server elim. chest" - problem
Details: Didn't receive mail with the chest server, i've checked all the mails. I've receive the "group round elim. chest" with those 150 WM and the Participation chest (the one with gold) but not the server one with the 60 WM. I've attached 3 photos (including TT picture that show i allready collected all of them and pictures with just the 2 mails i've received).





Hope it will be fix.

Cross Server Team Tournament Rewards

The rewards from cross server team tournament should be as stated on the details or not?

Cause I got 3 chest and supposed to have 280 Warriors Mark (50+150+80) but only got 200. Everyone in my team got same problem. Can you check this?
