Nightmare Zodiac bosses seem bugged

The bosses of NM Zodiac gemini and cancer seem to have a bug since they have a 100% proc chance on their skills.
At least every hit from cancer boss triggers his skill and reduces attack on all of my heroes to a very very very little amount so that
I do only 8k per hit how am I supposed to kill it?. gemini attacks once and then hides behind his invulnerability shield.

plz fix that don't think that a 100% proc is normal even on a nm boss.

Then they could at least alternate their rage bar, instead of leaving it with 100 as top border.
