Angel Appreciation gift not recieved

i participated in the angel appreciation contest with the mermaid drawing and i recieved a code for gift but when i entered the code a message came up saying statistic data empty .......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

then i entered the code again and another message came saying event data error plese check it out and fix it if possible thank you here is the attachement that shows the error message...

i am owed 200 diamonds as i was a lucky one to get a comment ending in 7 so im awaiting those too.
