TC and TT bug

Before Twilling Clash got email, announcing TC will be not held, but rewards will be added after TC.
Event was in place, and our guild won it. After that got email with reward for TC and Team Tournament.
Collect rewards, ao boxes from TT , and could not to go back, as the game get frost. After been reloading page, there was no
rewards not in inventory, not in email.

It says 'Rewards can be collected 2 hours after ALL battles have ended'.

Well, 2 hrs passed, even 8, I think, but still nothning i got, spent 500 Diamonds to bet.

You stated you collected your mail for TC and TT. After you refreshes you can't find the mail? Nor was the rewards sent to your mail? What's your IGN?
