i have 7of hearts and 7 of spaders cards but cant swap them for points. this cards cant be swap?

Correct, these carts cant be swapped along some of the higher end tier cards ( like ace of xx )

Wonder why as we can swap Jack, Queens, etc.... And 7s are drawn from common chests...

Aces, Jokers, and 7s are Special Cards. Everything else is common.

Yeah, but what so special with the sevens? i have over 30 of each and they are only needed for ruby herosouls and essence....
