i lost my hero

i'm rawing from sever 205 Ivory Plains why i don't have my hero, i was rekrut zweihander i this moirning sever time and i don't have zweihander but i just have he equipment zweihander and my hero soul is gone to, please help to explain to me what happen?

So what you are saying is you recruited Zwei near reset but did not get the hero, only received it's gear in your equip bag?
