Mail not fixed but more bugged

All my new and some old mails can't be collected, said received but I receive nothing! Please fix this! I lost 5 pages of mail at least before I realize nothing is in my inventory and golds not adds up!!

I want my resources back!!!

And refreshing don't bring em back so it's not visual bug!

I often forgot to collect escort rewards and some other rewards too seems now useless to collect. Retrieve works but too late since mails lost already... U guys should remove the collect button than making it as 'thief' button!

same here. i didn't get anything. i dotn usually take item in my mail. when i used all or collect i didn't get anything.

Same with me. I can provide a screen shot but there really now way to prove it since it says collected but i did not collect anything but gold. If you're going fix something so it doesn't exploit tycoon. That's fine but do not delete our saved resources. We should be able to save them in mail anyway. That's why it last 30 days. It's a bug with the collect all button.

you only need to refresh to see the gold... i lost 220m also... when i refresh my i saw my right gold amount

I have told you nothing even after refresh, it's not visual bug, my golds really gone included chests. You are lucky u can have em back...

Yday as well as today I went in inferno in solo cause the changes in reward in low lvl took treasures and logged out of game as well and both yday and today I had not got mail with D rank rewards as well as the wedding rewards I hold during. Now we can't get the reward mail if we are off or its just bugged at me?

To take this to the next level, I have a similar bug, I had mail that I had not opened yet, and after reset, I did what I normally do and Selected "All" then "Collect" and in the mail description the items said they were collected, but I didnt actually receive them! I lost all these items, and Im not even sure how much I lost, because I had several pages I did this to before realizing the "Collected" items were not received.....

What and how can I be compensated?

Yes same with me. collect all is bugged to eat everything in mail. They need to compensate us since they never said that collect all will delete items.

I doesnt say that I didnt got items from collect all I doesnt got the mail at all I lost the attempt and had not even got rewards and as on last picture ya can see it doesnt even counted as finished thou we supposed to get D rank reward after 45 mins it didnt count as finished for me while Im not in game when its over.

Just tested, what happened should be that the rewards that you receives after bulk collect in mails doesn't notify you that you've collected certain item rewards but they are added into your inventory. If you don't think this is the case, simply take a screenshot of your total seraph stones before you finish inferno, bulk collect in mail then take another screenshot of your inventory page afterwards.

the resources that we save from the mail that is my issue i used collect everythings gone and I refresh my browser "AS INSTRUCTED" but "nothing happen"
