Is Leprechaun Suit Stats Stack at Bling?

I just wondering if i will synth a Leprechaun Clothing will it stack at Bling ? Because i never saw the said suit there.

Well, either they all stack or they don't. If they did stack it wouldn't matter wich one i wear i should have the same stats based on what blings i own
