returned runestones bug or not

Hello Devs,

is this a bug or not.
When 1 of your gears is full then we get 50% of the runestones back.
I use 15 runestones each click but i get 12 back and not 7 or 8(depends on what you devs put in script for 50%)
Or did you devs changed the amount we get back to 80%

Well its not a problem.
But if returned is still 50% then we get to many back.
I know that on another hero i did got only 7 back
