Free diamonds and didn't get them

Ok I know there is prob a topic already about this but, I don't wanna look in the forums for 2 hours just looking for 300 diamonds but if you couldn't tell by the title I did a sign up for a game and I didn't get my diamonds and it said within 8 hours but it's been like 2 days! So can you please give me the diamonds or a least fix this, please. Thank you for reading!
