    Ticket system issues 8th of august 2014

    Please post your browser and operating system if you are having the redirect issue with the ticket system, page unavailable, page timed out or other issues with accessing and using the ticket system

    PLEASE DO NOT post your issue that you are trying to file a ticket for, this thread is so we can isolate the issue with the ticket system that players are reporting....

    Screenshots can help....

    Redirects and unable to submit .. check ticket history. Just sends me to page after page then when I try to check 'old ticket history' it tells me my login is invalid lol.

        Good day.
        I do not work on a support 3 browsers: Safari, Opera, Google Chrome.
        Operating System: Windows 7 Starter, version 6.1

        Description poblemy: can not even go to the browsing history of the ticket or write a ticket.

                  Windows 7 Ultimate x64 IE 11,Mozila,Chrome <>redirect to main page . And Fix my nereida..it is killing my own party,not enemy/mob qquest party .This is why I pay cash, to enjoy ruby heroes,not low lvl topaz heroes.
