Charmer Flair

Hello guys. I am in the S204 The Floating City server and won the Rose Rankings but unfortunately I did not receive the necessary items required for the flair. The only items I got was the pride soul and some other top gifts but no Flair emblem. Can someone please tell me why is that? if an item thats for Rose Rankings was not available for that said event? and How may I be able to get it since I am eligible for it.

They didn't offer a Flair emblem that time...that's why.

Just the pride king soul and all that other stuff.

and yet they tell you that its a reward for Rank 1 in rose rankings? how does that makes sense? Its a title for Rose Rankings.

I have no idea why they did that, but when we had rose ranks the flair was nowhere to be seen.

Can a mod or GM clarify why the last rose rankings didn't have the flair?

it doesn't have a flair given on the last rose event only pride king...

Not every Rose Event give flair as reward... Sometimes flair given to rank 2-3 but not for rank 1 (happened when I won 1st rank couple months ago).

Rewards vary in every Rose Event specially flairs.
