look at the SS i realy confuse with that in battle her claw have blood frenzy +9
but in view detail i only see blood frenzy +5 so can someone explain to me or she using a cheats???

Looks fine to me.
Note: below the skill in upgrade tab it states, "Skill level increase every 3 upgrades". So at +12(not +9) that's 4 levels of increase in skill level which means 1 + 4 = 5.
