is it possible to move an account to a different server?

myself and a few of my friends would like to know if it is possible to have our accounts moved to another server. We have been playing for a long time on an Ocianic server, but are all in the Eastern US. would really like to keep accounts but play on a server that is in our timezone if possible.

yeah its not supported, the only way is to make a new char
