already filed a ticket and provided screenshots.. the answer was something like the tournament is still on going thats why the rewards cant be claimed. when in fact it clearly ended yesterday (the battle for ranks) and its supposed to be the reward claiming days left.. but the button is disabled. so yeah no rewards.
