Just to confirm, you guys did not receive your 100 seraph stones? Because you you guys are not suppose to receive the gems since you did not reach the required 12k points

thats not right many player got 2000+ point and collect serph stone according to ranks .. (the basic prizes is for reach 2000+ pts) the 12k points is to collect both adv. prizes and basic one.

yes, just the basic prize (100 seraphs), and how come no one replied to my thread had the same thread LOL...NVM i'll post here!!! i have the same problem !!!

i finish 19 place on overall beach treasure and i cant clime basic reword of 100 seraph stone and i have 4050 points.

im not sure if this is the case but the problem with everyone ive seen on here and on my server is that those who placed 11-20 dont seem to be able to collect their overall award. those that have placed in first half on my server claimed theirs as i got the outfit and i know others that placed a bit lower claimed their prizes

I cant collect Basic rewards of 100 seraph stones ... that's is why I filed a claim... I was only after the basic rewards (which the requirement was 2000 points) I know 12k points is needed for the advance rewards... IGN HighBlood S36 Fallen Angels
