I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do with that screenshot. We have no way of knowing who the player is, what server they are playing on and can't really see the chat that well. If this just happened then take another screenshot of the rankings in the Cross Server showing the players server number and name. Many players have the same name and they could be on a totally different platformFile a ticket
