Development Points

HI everybody how are you all. Sorry my english is not very good. I want to ask the development point system. I am not a vip player. when I click on unlock vip a menu appear there on top bar when I point my mouse on it, it says login every day to gain development points. My points are stuck at 195/200. I am loging in every day from 2 months almost they are not increasing.
