i get the highest score and my team win, how come i dont get point for my cs rank ???

i get the highest score and my team win, how come i dont get point for my cs rank ???
please explain it to me how the calculation ?!




its not only once or twice, but it often like this.
and when my team lose, even i myself get the highest score i lose -12 points for my rank
