It depends on what your goal is. if you are looking to compete for ranking on a server, you definitely want to start on a brand new server and hope there aren't too many heavy cashers.
If you start on an old server, you will forever be behind unless you spend a lot of cash. The folks at the top are not only already ahead of you, but they will also be getting the top 20 rewards from Clash of Might, Arena, Domination, Raiders, and World Boss, while you are stuck with the dregs. Odds are they also got most of the rewards from the "new server" events back when the server first started.Comment
