Now UGC has retired, its become difficult for players like me with no credit card...
If you guys could add google wallet as one of the payment options, that would be a great help.

If it's available in your country...you could use MOLPoints (through rixty). lol...I recharged through MOLPoints the long way cause I thought they were taking the actual MOLPoints and not the money I put on Rixty. (I actually found Ultimate Points through UGC unreliable...ironically I used my remaining UPoints through MOLthen used rixty to make up the difference and I ended up getting diamonds right away)

I think PlaySpan (the payment platform) will still be available...hopefully.
