Aegis pecentile is **

I have Virgo at 40%, and in spire 11-9 it proc's maybe one time for 30 rounds..3 times if lucky and most, MOST on 2 enemies. I remember it proc'in on 3 enemies and way more often at 40% chance. 40% should be at least every other round. Am I missing something? I'll link a fight here in a few

where does it state this? It needs to be more specific if that's the case.

well...its kinda obvious..any skill with effect, if you don't hit the opponent with the attack, why would the effect apply? You dip your arrow with poison but don't hit your target, why would they be poison?

Says 40% chance.."not if angel hits" needs to be more specific. It's a valid question, yet the answers you give, you act like this is something listed.

Also..Aegis kicks in before angel even attacks..mind explaining that?
