GM - Let us clear things out.

I thought having alternate accounts is allowed in here? As I know, there is a GM that confirms that it is allowed.
If so, then why do some people getting blocked or banned from having one???

Because their alternate accounts used to belong to a retired player. That is classified as account sharing.
