hit over dodge

can anyone explain me the matrix on how you will never miss over a certain dodge?

is 6k hit enough not to miss over 14k dodge???

6k hit will see you miss almost every time on 14k dodge.
I heard you needed around 80% of the Dodge in hit for you to get a decent amount of attacks.

So if the enemy has 14k dodge, you'd need somewhere around 11.2k+ hit to be doing dmg.

i think it miss... it miss on me at TA.... i got 15k dodge XD

and i think 12k dodge needed to hit me perfectly

but i was killed by an ES with 5.9k hit...it never missed hitting 4 consecutive hits in a row though i got 15k dodge including buffs

ES skill can be dodged just like normal attacks.

i think ES cant be affected by status changed like sagittarius

i have ES with 8k hit and he still misses atacks (normal and skill) pvp and pve .

I think it means that the skill will hit 2 targets even if hit by skills like valkyrie unlike claw or AS for example that will hit only one target when hit by said skill.

i have 13.6 hit and my guildmate 16.88 dodge and he dodge my atk about 20-30% of times and thats alot i think
