      U need to understand that forum moderators of R2 are actually players. They are not employees of R2. Same goes for junior moderators on GTA forum. They would not do whatever u suspect them of doing.

                  I believe panda is exactly what causes this bug right now. As every player who can't be inspected has one. Might be wrong, but I'm yet to be able to inspect a player with a panda
