Undefeated Flair

as far as i know, undefeated is the top flair of CS tournament. i, however, saw during this week at least two people running around in CS war with undefeated flair, and i know they were not in even top 10. anyone with any idea how is that possible? i dont think there was any event where you could buy this flair.

is this due to the bug that was a hot topic few days back, where people got royal marks and platinum/gold/silver crests?

maybe sir... only victoriana and royal marks were taken but not the chest... i think i saw a post that someone is claiming it that it was not included the chest
