I know they are trying to slow us down but level 9 skill books are not available til 85 dungeon but the skills used are unlocked at 80. Why would the devs put such a restriction on this. I will tell you, they want money for arena resets since that is the only way to get lvl 9 books through arena emblems. As with the rest of the books they should be available through the dungeon available albeit at a lesser drop rate. Maybe this was an oversite but a little QA goes a long way to keep the community happy.
