Server Merge for various Server with low number of active players.

some of the lower server got merge but some are still in the brink of dying and becoming Ghost Town. Hope that the Game Master oversee this call out and also to the Game developer to maintain a good balance of active player around all servers. Its very sad to see a good server dying and falling apart. Hope you hear out this one in behalf of all other dying server.
