Rose Essence Clothing on Events

Why do Rose Essence Clothing never shows up in any events anymore?
The Clothing is good looking and good in stats.
If it could be found in any event, I would love to fight for it
Or if it in any shop like Loralei's Wardrobe, Djinny merchant, Beach Treasure, Etc.
Or even sell in Shop, I'll try to buy it,
The last Rose Essence Clothing is about 3 months ago in Beach Treasure Event

yeah i support this...i might buy seraphim wings if i get rose essence just to activate the bling
