It seems as though the servers that took part in the latest merger had their HOC delayed just long enough that it ended yesterday, the day before CS Tycoon. this means that players on those servers get two days of HOC access for swapping. If you check the EST Tycoon you can see that at least one person is already taking advantage of this.
For reference, if you have enough card points you can get the following from HOC each day:
that is potentially a total of 37,400 tycoon points per day these merger servers have access to that the general populace does not. 74,800 points for the handful of players in a position to capitalize on this discrepancy. Granted, in order to take full advantage you need a total of 23,700 card points (less if you actually have the cards), so the number of people both on a merger server and with the points necessary will be limited, but it looks like there's at least one heavy casher in position to capitalize on it. But still, if you spend your points optimally:
So, thoughts? Unfair, or appropriate compensation for their server merger woes?

- 2,500 Enchanted Ore (2,500 points, plus another 2,500 for buying stones)
