No tycoon rewards at 14:00 and 22:00

Hello,

I reached 65k pts in tycoon yesterday before 14:00, but I didn't get any reward or better couldn't collect rewards for being ranked at 14:00 and 22:00 overall and at 22:00 gold, soul stones, angel tears and other stuffs. Anyone has the same problem?

Devs are working on this issue and compensation had already been sent out
