vidars blade or odins blade - can they be exchanged?

can either of these blades from Tycoon, be exchanged into either a dagger or a staff,,, and still keep all their extra features?

Or if I try to exchange them, will they lose the features? Or can it not be done anyway?

yes they will keep all features. i remember seeing on forum that you can't upgrade the item unless it's in the blade form, not sure if it's been fixed or not.
