I'd just like to get some clarification on this skill description. The skill says that it gets more powerful the lower the Hero's HP is. But it does not specify if the skill gets stronger based on the Berserker Claw's hp status or the Main hero's HP status. Would be great to know as it doesn't seem to get stronger with either of their hp being low.
