She appears in banner advertisements and sometimes in-game with the prismatic wheel or other event. She's on the login splash page at the moment too. For awhile I thought she might be another rendering of Nocturna or Lunaria, but she isn't.

I've been playing the game for ten months now and I keep waiting for her to turn up. I love her soft face and delicate features. Can anyone tell me anything about her? Is she just a graphic, or will she actually be a character in the game?
