Help needed

I am a mystic and have Godless Wolf, Nereida, Astral Hunter and Djini in my party with Dragon totem. I can hardly get any good hero soon so I need to deal with what I have.
So I would really appriciate any suggestions considering any aspect of the build, gems, dragonsouls etc. but with explanation so I can understand what I am doing lol And of course which hero should I get in future.

well, rage build is the trend now, so most of the peeps will suggest you to work on that. rage build gives you 100 rage (or 75 in case of LE + astral hunter) every turn and your party members can trigger skills every turn. for rage build you need a combination of nereida + astral child, nereida + LE, or LE + astral hunter

as for gems, dragonsouls, refine, enchant, concentrate on dodge of yer main and ATK of yer striker

Lol, why is everybody suggesting dodge for main? My main doesn't dodge, I barely have 8k dodge but I have 16k hit and 10k crit. I am doing some good damage.
My personal advice - save HoC vouchers and get LE as you are obviously going for IRB.
Gems and dragonsoul:
ATK, Hit, Crit, Hp and Agi mostly for your damage dealers - you want them to hit after all and hit hard.
ATK, Agi, HP and defense for support, you want them to live as long as possible and use their skill fast, but they don't do damage.
ATK, HP and defense for tanks.
And by defense I mean not only MDEF and PDEF but also dodge, block and Endurance. Personally I think block does better than dodge on heroes in party, but it's your choice what to use. Don't go for everything on one hero thought, cause that way you will have low stats on everything, so pick and concentrate on one or 2 things.
