Rebirth question

When you rebirth a Hero, the note indicates that stats will be 10 points higher - does than mean 10% higher and is it compounded??

Just out of curiosity - I meant to calc it out, but for got to note the base stats to begin with

10 points mean 10 point attribute. Not percentage. And it will stack when you rebirth again.
